"U.S. intelligence agencies" expect al-Qaida to release a message from Osama bin Laden just before or after next week's presidential election, our source reports.

Sources told us that intelligence analysts believe bin Laden's followers may consider him irrelevant if he is not heard from at such a critical time.

A taped message from bin Laden was released a few days before the 2004 presidential election. Exit polls showed that voters who thought the tape was important were more likely to have chosen the Democratic nominee, Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts, over President Bush.

Analysts also fear that al-Qaida might launch an attack against the United States around the election. This is not based on any specific intelligence but has led to the declaration of a "period of heightened alert."

Officials told IU that bin Laden may have trouble releasing a message because of intensive efforts to keep al-Qaida and other terrorist groups from using the Internet to spread propaganda.

Lawsuit Filed Against Obama
Claims He's Not Eligible for the Presidency

Philip J. Berg, Esquire, of Pennsylvania filed a lawsuit on Thursday seeking a Declaratory Judgement and Injunction that Barack Obama does not meet the qualifications to become President of the United States. In the lawsuit Berg alleges that Obama is not eligible for the presidency because he is not a naturalized citizen, and/or lost his citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia, and/or has duel citizenship with Kenya and Indonesia.

Berg said that he has filed the suit on behalf of the Democratic Party and citizens of the United States for their best interests. Berg, an attorney with offices in Montgomery County, PA and an active practice in Philadelphia, filed the lawsuit, Berg vs. Obama, Civil Action No. 08-cv-4083, in Federal Court.

In the filing Berg says:

There have been numerous questions raised about Obama’s background with no satisfactory answers. The questions that I have addressed include, but are not limited to:

1. Where was Obama born? Hawaii; an island off of Hawaii; Kenya; Canada; or ?

2. Was he a citizen of Kenya, Indonesia and/or Canada?

3. What was the early childhood of Obama in Hawaii; in Kenya; in Indonesia when he was adopted; and later, back to Hawaii?

4. An explanation as to the various names utilized by Obama that include: Barack Hussein Obama; Barry Soetoro; Barry Obama; Barack Dunham; and Barry Dunham.

5. Illinois Bar Application – Obama fails to acknowledge use of names other than Barack Hussein Obama, a blatant lie.

If Obama can prove U.S. citizenship, we still have the issue of muti-citizenship with responsibilities owed to and allegance to other countries.

Berg goes on to make very direct accusations against Obama, stating that he "lied and cheated his way into a fraudulent candidacy and cheated legitimately eligible natural born citizens from competing in a fair process."

Interestingly, Obama isn't the only one who's citizenship has been questioned in this election. John McCain's citizenship was also questioned because he was born on a military base in the Panama Canal Zone, which is not a US territory.

Berg is the former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, former candidate for Govenor and US Senate in Democratic Primaries, former Chair of the Democratic Party in Montgomery County, and former member of the Democratic State Commitee.

This filing comes less than two weeks after an AP photo was revealed of the school register of a child then known as Barry Soetoro, now known as Barack Hussein Obama, whose citizenship was listed as "Indonesian" and whose religion was listed as "Islam." the photo strongly contradicts the Obama camp's claim that he was not a Muslim, and is said to confirm he is a national of at least one other country. The AP has confirmed the authenticity of the photograph.

The fascist coup in the United States is nearly complete. Over the past few years the U.S. government has abolished countless freedoms of the American people... all in the name of "national security."

They've spent trillions of tax dollars - forced upon citizens under penalty of imprisonment - on an imperialistic military to fight an un-winnable war on terror, while all but neglecting our growing domestic problems.

Unless you've been living under a rock for the past few weeks, you've heard the U.S. government has now nationalized the entire mortgage industry with the acquisition of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. And now, it has siphoned $700 billion from American taxpayers to buy up the bad debt of financial institutions for the next two years.

Now, take a second or two... and think about how much $700 billion really is. It's seven hundred thousand million dollars! $700,000,000,000.00
Another perspective: It's enough to give every man, woman, and child in the city of Philadelphia a half-million dollars.

Listen... that $700 billion figure represents about 5.2% of the entire U.S. gross domestic product in 2007. Now that it is approved, the bailout will raise the statutory limit on the national debt 6.6%... from $10.6 trillion to $11.3 trillion. And what will U.S. taxpayers like you and I get in return? Nothing. Zip. Zilch. Nada.

There are no plans for new regulations or oversights to help avoid this kind of crisis in the future.
There will be no public interest givebacks to help all of the people whose homes are in the hands of the banks (only a select few).

Perhaps most shockingly of all, we will get absolutely no share in the profits if these fallen-from-grace financial giants bounce back... even though we are now assuming a great deal of the risk.

This is worse than a bad deal for us. In fact, it isn't even a deal!

The new rescue plan may restore a bit of investor confidence to battered financial markets, but investors will again begin to focus on the twin budget and current-account deficits and negative real U.S. interest rates, and eventually the government's plan will derail the dollar's three-month rally, which is, in effect... The One Last Hurrah for the U.S. Dollar...

The greenback has already started to retract. The U.S. Dollar Index, a measure of the value of the U.S. dollar relative to a basket of six foreign currencies, has pullback as much as 5.6% in the past two weeks.

It concerns the report that the secret government of the US and EU has promised a major overhaul in the wake of the warning it got from the Chinese secret society.

This was revealed by a senior Japanese public security police officer and Freemason who has been acting as an intermediary with the Chinese secret society.

“Expect big changes this autumn,” he said in comments confirmed by a member of the Japanese royal family.
“What you will be seeing is the unwinding of George Bush senior’s 50-year campaign to turn the U.S. into a fascist regime,” the secret police agent says.

“George Bush senior is now a broken man showing signs of senile dementia,” he adds.
If the sources are to be believed, U.S. President George Bush’s government will resign, before his term expires, and will be replaced by an interim regime headed by Al Gore.
This will start a 2-3 year transition period during which suppressed technology, such as free energy, will be released and a new system for running the planet will be implemented, according to these two sources.

The recent market turmoil, including the Chinese threat to sell dollars, was part of the bargaining towards major changes in the secret balance of power, we are told.
The Chinese secret societies meanwhile, are watching carefully for any sign of new attempts to spread disease or otherwise carry out genocidal attacks.

They only give one warning and have now initiated a news blackout.

I am not in the loop about what they would do if a new breach was found but, they did say whatever action they took would be “unpredictable and worse than expected.”
At the same time, an anti-Rothschild alliance has been formed in Tokyo.

The anti-Rothschild alliance, (with the discreet backing of the Chinese secret societies), will be contacting leaders of Russia, China, India, the Muslim countries, South America, Africa etc. to create a global alliance that will demand a new way of running the planet.

A chilling report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the US Secretary of the Treasury has informed the China Development Bank that the US has shipped $800 Billion of a new currency called the Amero, instead of paying China in dollars.

The agenda to create a North American Union, will effectively erase the borders of the USA with both Mexico and Canada -with this new common currency, known as the Amero for the new 3-in-one nation, to replace the dollar.
